What does 360 look like?

Look at each of the major ministries and assess the health and effectiveness.

The goal is to help leaders be healthier and more effective. Do they need more help - more coaching - or just more time. 

Look at the church's website and social media and give possible updates and improvements for effectiveness. 

Discipleship fixes everything. Are there area that can be adjusted or supplemented to provide more opportunities for your people.  

A fresh set of eyes often helps see possibilities in the use and perceptions of your facilities. 

Every living thing has a life-cycle. Where is your church currently? Can the church move to a healthier place with a longer future?

Just as in the human body, the interaction of the systems in the church makes all healthy movement possible and brings effectiveness.

We talk about your calling, experience, and current ministry. What is the best way you can move toward your God-given calling?

All of us have different leadership and working styles. Assessing the best way for you to work with your leaders brings effectiveness and removes frustrations. 

Most pastors have too little time. Your health and stress levels are often affected by time. Are there things you shouldn't be doing or are overly stressful? Adjustments can help.

The past is behind us. What you really want to know is what are the possible outcomes for our future. 

We take a deliberate pace. Each week for 10 weeks we gather information from various leaders or groups. It usually takes no more than one hour. Around week 13 we present the assessment to the pastor. 

For the rest of 2024 and the first quarter of 2025, there is no cost to the church for the assessment.
